Suspect Arrested for Thursday's Shooting in North Little Rock

A man has been arrested in connection to Thursday's shooting in North Little Rock that left a man in critical condition.

North Little Rock Police responded to W. 18th Street Thursday afternoon and found 41-year-old Corey Hurtado suffering from a gunshot wound.

Investigation led officers to 28-year-old Otis Langhorn, who admitted on Friday to entering Hurtado's residence, shooting him, then fleeing the scene.

The suspect is currently on parole, and has a prior felony conviction for robbery.

and he is back on the street to begin with, why, maybe just maybe if people were sentenced and kept in prison till they were old and grey and to feeble to do anything then im pretty sure the crime rate would drop
