Fit 4 Life Challenge

Today's visit with the 4 Fit 4 Life Contestants was really great! I am continually impressed with their eagerness and willingness to push beyond their comfort levels, not just by being diligent in their workouts and diets but their attitudes that early in the morning! They almost seem to be enjoying the challenges of this contest.
Jake Snowden and Allen Maxenberger did a wonderful job picking contestants that were all different so all of you watching could hopefully find something in their stories to relate to. Congratulations to Becke, Micha, Carl and Bobby for loosing a total of 20lbs this week.
Jake will be taking the controls for next Thursday as I will be on vacation, be sure to watch and cheer not only the 4 viewer contestants on to their goals but the 4 Team too, Jessica, Shannon, Annette and Sonseeahray!
By the way, I will be in the studio tomorrow morning with the folks from Cabot Ave. of Dreams, you won't want to miss it as we will be showing you houses you won't believe and talking about a very good cause! :-)
