Update: Pine Bluff Wanted Man Turns Himself In

According to the Pine Bluff Police Department, Anthony James Welspom turned himself in at the PBPD Detective Office at noon on Wednesday.
He was taken to the Dub Brassell Detention Center where he is being held on probable cause for rape, aggravated assault, being a felon in possession of a firearm and kidnapping.
He will have a probable cause hearing with a judge in the morning.

Pine Bluff Police are asking for help finding a man wanted on a list of charges.
Anthony James Welspom, 53, is wanted on charges of Aggravated Residential Burglary, Being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Rape, Kidnapping and Aggravated Assault. Welspom is 5'10 and 195 pounds.
His last known address is on Tracey Avenue in Little Rock.
Welspom may be in a black, 4 door 1999 Cadillac Deville with Arkansas License 271SAT.
He may be traveling to Blytheville.
Welspom should be considered armed and dangerous.
Anyone with information should call the Pine Bluff Police Detective Division at (870)730-2090.
All calls will be kept confidential and a reward is available for information leading to the identification and arrest of the suspect.
