Changes will soon be coming to the River Market -- including a move for the Little Rock police.
Officers tell KARK they plan to move their current kiosk across the street to make room for a new multi-use building.
This week the Little Rock Board of Directors is going discuss plans to sell the property to the Central Arkansas Library System.
The CLAS plans to use the space for a theater, restaurant, and improved parking for library visitors. The board meets Tuesday.
