Cleanup Continues in Hot Springs After August 5th Storm

A storm packing strong winds roared through Hot Springs on August Fifth.

Around one hundred trees were blown down.

A lot of debris was intially piled up along side the road in order to open the roadways.

That material is now being hauled away, and repairs are being done on the cosmetic damage in the area.

Cleanup costs are expected to run about $50,000.
