Study: Pick Any Diet, Get Same Results

Pick a diet, any diet -- the weight-loss will be the same.That's according to a new study that shows people will lose about six-percent of their weight on any diet.
That's about ten to 15 pounds.
It also finds that most people will put that weight back on in five years.
Weight-loss drugs are just as ineffective.
However, even a six-percent weight loss can have health benefits.
The study appears in the medical journal "Annals of Internal Medicine."
