ATV Accident Kills 9-Year-Old in Conway County

A 9-year-old girl died at Arkansas Children's Hospital Sunday night after an ATV accident in Conway County.
The sheriff there says it happened about 2:30 Sunday afternoon on Tucker Mountain Road near Solgohacia.
A man driving the 9-year-old and another child reportedly doesn't remember the accident.
Neither child was wearing a helmet. The accident is still under investigation.

Why would an adult allow a child to ride any ATV without a helmet? Are they that sure nothing will ever happen? Well wake up something did happen.
