Cabbage & White Bean Soup

Cook 1 lb. Dry Navy White Beans
1 Chopped Onion
1/2 Bell Pepper Chopped
3 Ribs Celery Chopped
6 Slices of Bacon cut into 1 in. pieces or 2 Lg. Ham Hocks
Season to taste (I use Tony Cachere's Creole Sesoning)
Add Salt to Taste
Cook until Beans are about 30 minutes from being done
Then chop enough cabbage to make it delicous (I usually use a whole medium to small head)
Cook Until cabbage is done to soup's desire
Prep time 3 to 4 hours (Unless you soak your beans (I don't)...
