Is Worst of Foreclosure Crisis over for Arkansas?

The worst of the foreclosure crisis appears to have passed for much of the Natural State as new filings in July fell nearly 80% from a year ago.

That's according to a report from The City Wire, which cites data from RealtyTrac.

The City Wire reports that the latest foreclosure numbers show 341 were filed last month, compared to more than 14-hundred in July 2011.
