Young Kids Receive Books as Part of Time to Give Program

We know reading is imperative for the growth and education of all children, but it can be difficult for kids in low income households to get their hands on books.
Right now it is estimated that 56 percent of Arkansas adults read at a fourth-grade level or below.
People who worked at the Metropolitan Bank Tower in downtown Little Rock purchased new books for kids from birth to five on Wednesday as part of the Mitchell Williams Time to Give program.
