Fish Fillet In Wine Sauce

Fish Fillet in Wine Sauce
(1 serving)

Vegetable cooking spray
2 tablespoons chopped onions
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons dry white wine
Salt & pepper
Paprika
Lemon wedge
4oz flounder

Spray vegetable cooking spray on bottom of pan.
Spread 1/2 the onion & parsley over bottom of dish.
Place fish fillet over the mixture and cover it with  the oil and remaining onion & parsley.
Sprinkle lightly with salt & pepper
Sprinkle the wine over the fish and dust it lightly with paprika
Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes
If desired, place the fish under the broiler for a few minutes to brown top
