Arrest Made after Weekend Shooting and Cutting in Clarendon

Two men are hurt and another in custody after a shooting and stabbing at a park in Clarendon on Sunday.
21-year-old Kelvin Hampton is charged with two counts of battery.
Police say he approached 23-year-old Kendrick Wiley and 23-year-old Erin Daniels, shooting Wiley in the leg, and cutting Daniels in the stomach.
There were a number of witnesses.
The Arkansas State Police and Monroe County Sheriff's Deputies assisted in the capture of the suspect about three hours after the attack.
Erin Daniels was transported to a hospital in Little Rock.
He remains in intensive care Monday night.
The investigators believe there had been an ongoing dispute between the alleged attacker and victims.
The suspect is being held on a battery charges.
Authorities expect to file more charges as the investigation continues.
