Missing Arkansas Man Found Dead in Jackson County

A man reported missing last week has been found dead in Jackson County.
Paragould Police say Joseph Egbert, 53, was found dead inside his overturned car in a canal outside Swifton near County Road 69.
Egbert was found thanks to a trace on the location of his cell phone, police said. An air crew with the Jackson County Sheriff's Office found the vehicle.
No foul play is suspected.

Egbert had last been seen leaving the VA hospital in Little Rock. His family told police his credit card was used in Newport the evening of August 2nd.
