Police: Arrests in Suspected Shoplifting Ring in Monticello

Monticello Police have made four arrests in a suspected shoplifting ring.

The investigation started last week after police were called to a Walmart store about a theft.

The suspects got away that time, but they were caught when they came back over the weekend.
