The Faulkner County Prosecutor says he will not file charges against a Conway man arrested for rape.

Former Hendrix employee Lucas Parker is believed to have repeatedly raped an underage girl over a five-year period.

Now the County Prosecutor says they simply do not have the evidence to back up those claims, and after careful consideration will not file any charges against Parker.

Parker has since been terminated from his job at Hendrix. His attorney says his life has been seriously impacted by these allegations.
