Update: Maumelle Police Capture Escaped Juvenile

Maumelle Police say the teen has been captured after someone spotted him walking through the Rolling Oaks subdivision.
Officers responded to the area and found the teen on Vantage Drive. After a brief foot chase, Metcalf barricaded himself in the backyard of #25 Vantage Drive. He surrendered after a brief standoff.
Metcalf is being held at Maumelle Police headquarters pending formal charges through the Pulaski County Juvenile Justice System.
Original story (6:00 a.m.):
Maumelle Police need your help finding a juvenile who escaped from Methodist Behavioral Hospital over night.
They say, a 16-year-old Brandon Metcalf escaped from the hospital just after midnight. He came back to the hospital around 3:00 am with a gun, when hospital staff found him he escaped again.
Maumelle Police believe Metcalf is with someone driving a blue pickup truck.
Police say Metcalf is a white male with blond hair and blue eyes, he is 125 pounds and 5'7". He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, brown shoes with white stripe. He is known to live at 104 North East 15th Street in Atkins.
If you know anything or see him, do not approach him and call police.
