West Fork Man Wins $1 Million in Arkansas Lottery Scratch-off Game

A West Fork man has won $1,000,000 from the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.
Frank Karnes bought a 20-dollar "Arkansas Millionaires Club" instant game ticket that paid off with the big prize.
He bought the ticket at the Greenland Mini Mart in Greenland.
Lottery officials say Karnes has been working three jobs to take care of his five children. Two of them are about to start college.
Karnes says he will use part of the prize money to pay some bills and college expenses.
In other lottery news, millions are up for grabs in the next Powerball and Mega Millions drawings.
Tomorrow night's Mega Millions drawing is $12-million and Wednesday night's Powerball jackpot is $158-million.
