Not Guilty Plea in Mount Saint Mary Sex Scandal

By:
Updated: July 27, 2012
Kathy Griffin and Kelly O'Rourke both entered not guilty pleas in court today. Griffin faces a misdemeanor failure to notify charge and O'Rourke faces a felony sexual assault charge.

These charges stem from an arrest affidavit with allegations of sexual misconduct between O'Rourke and a Mount Saint Mary student several months ago. Griffin's arrest affidavit states that she failed to notify the Child Abuse Hotline after she found out about the inappropriate relationship.

The two women's next court date is set for January 2013.
