Grilled Chicken Breast with Tiger-Thai Chili Sauce

4 Split Chicken Breast with rib meat
Marinate chicken with Italian dressing
(Kraft roasted red pepper Italian) and
1-2 tbsp Tiger Sauce (Try Me Tiger Sauce) for 2 hours. Grill Chicken direct heat over charcoals or gas grill. Can cook chicken indirect after 8-10 minutes when close to being done and begin basting with sauce.

Sauce: 2 tbsp prepared BBQ sauce (optional), 2-3 tbsp Try Me Tiger Sauce
2-3 tbsp Thai Chili Sauce (Kikkoman)
and Kikkoman Housan sauce (also optional).

Serve with any favorite sides such as Pasta with butter/garlic (try adding a little Tiger sauce to pasta.
Salad and your favorite vegetable-in the summer I like to grill garlic/Vidalia onions/squash/zucchini/green bell pepper
before I put the chicken on. In the winter months I steam sweet potatoe/broccoli/and asparagus in a bamboo! steamer (starting with the potatoe first then later adding the smaller veggies. Bread and Salad and you can not go wrong. Bon Apetite!
