Kahlua

1 C brown sugar
1/3 C instant coffee
1 C white sugar
2 Tbsp Vanilla
2 C water
1 fifth bottle Vodka
Mix together brown sugar, white sugar and 2 cups of water, bring to a boil.
Boil gently for 10 minutes, Add instant coffee ( best to mix coffee with a tiny bit of hot water before adding it)
Add the vanilla. Mix all together and cool.
Add Vodka. MIX drink in milk, coffee. tea etc...
