Instead of trying to find the latest pill that promises to burn more calories, why not try and do it naturally? Researchers from the Interdisciplinary Obesity Program at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill have a few suggestions. Getting plenty of exercise is an obvious tip, but did you know that even after your exercise, your body is burning calories? How many calories and for how long are two questions that researchers are studying, but so far, it seems that the answer depends on one's body composition and level of exercise.
They have found that the longer you exercise, the longer your body burns calories.
If you eat breakfast in the morning, you are less likely to want to binge on food at night. Healthy breakfasts such as cereal with milk are a great and healthy way to start off the day.
Drink plenty of water. It has been found that when a person consumes eight cups of water (or two liters) of water a day, it helps burn 100 calories a day.
f you can't sit still while at work, don't feel too bad. Fidgeting is known to help burn calories also. You may not lose enormous amounts of weight simply by tapping your foot, but any movement in the body requires energy and tapping your foot qualifies.
