Searcy Man Wins $10,000 in Arkansas Lottery Scratch-off Game

A Searcy man has won $10,000 from the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.

John Thurman (pictured with wife Alicia) bought a 10-dollar "Money Maker" instant game ticket that paid off with the big prize.

He bought the ticket at AC Store #2 on Highway 36 in Searcy.

In other lottery news, millions are up for grabs in the next Powerball and Mega Millions drawings.

Tomorrow night's Mega Millions drawing is $45-million and Wednesday night's Powerball jackpot is $121-million.

You can watch both drawings live only on KARK 4 at 10 o'clock tomorrow night and Wednesday night.
