Sangeeta Mann Appeal Denied By Appellate Court

The woman convicted of assisting her husband in hiding items used in the carbombing of a West Memphis doctor finds her appeals to federal court denied.
Sangeeta Mann, the wife of Randeep Mann, filed a lawsuit with the U. S. court of appeals 8th circuit court.
One of the mains points in the suit allege joining her trial with that of her husband violated a federal rule which she says denied her right to an impartial jury for her part of the trial.
In short, the court dismissed the claims in Mann's suit and affirmed the district court's decision.
