Forrest City Woman Wins Million-Dollar Arkansas Lottery Prize

A Forrest City woman has won one-million-dollars from the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.
Frankie Williams won the prize when she turned in her non-winning 20-dollar "Diamond Dazzler" instant game ticket for the lottery's second chance drawing.
In other lottery news, millions are up for grabs in the next Mega Millions and Powerball drawings.
Tonight's Mega Millions jackpot is $28-million, and Wednesday night's Powerball jackpot is $100-million.
