Bradley County Man Expected to Get Probation in Shooting Incident

A Bradley County judge is expected to accept a Circuit Court jury's recommendation to sentence a shooting suspect to five years of supervised probation.
The panel convicted David Temple, 54, of Johnsville, of first-degree battery in the shooting last summer of Mark DeArmond, 51, of Warren.
