The Bryant Police Department (BPD) has made an arrest after investigating the alleged theft of nearly $17,000 from the local Boys and Girls Club.

The BPD began looking into the case on Wednesday when about $16,965 was reported missing by the club director, Suzanne Passmore.

Police say discrepancies were found during an audit of membership fees.

The investigation led to the arrest of Jonathan Ray Glenn, 38, of Bryant, who turned himself in today. He is charged with felony theft of property.

Glenn was the former Operations and Finance Director of the club.
