Celebrating its 59th Season, the Chamber Music Society of Little Rock (CMSLR) continues a tradition of bringing exciting and inspiring chamber music concerts to audiences young and old. During the 2012-13 Season, the Society offers four varied chamber music concerts featuring gifted award-winning artists; the American String Quartet, Clarinetist Narek Arutyunian, Violinist Rachel Barton Pine and Cellist Sebastian Baverstam.
In addition to the presentation of four evening performances, artists presented by the Society participate in outreach activities such as master classes and "informances" for young students throughout Central Arkansas. During the 2012-13 Season, CMSLR will work with music students at Parkview Arts and Science Magnet High School, Mills High School, Central High School and The Youth Rock Orchestra.
