Study Shows It's Cheaper to Keep the Broadway Bridge

A study asked for by the cities of Little Rock and North Little Rock shows the cost of rehabilitating the Broadway bridge would be between $16 and $24 million which is less than half of what it would cost to replace the span over the Arkansas river.
