Authorities: 160 Pounds of Marijuana Found in Barbecue Smoker

Two men are in jail after a traffic stop in Hempstead County, Arkansas reportedly uncovered more than 160 pounds of marijuana.

The sheriff's office says an Arkansas State Trooper pulled over the driver of a truck Tuesday morning on Interstate 30, west of Hope.

The trooper then reportedly found the marijuana stuffed in a barbecue smoker being pulled by the truck.

Hempstead County deputies assisted with the call.

40-year-old Jenaro Zuniga (right in photo below) of Dallas, Texas and 40-year-old Jose Dejesus Duarte of Duncanville, Texas were booked into Hempstead County Detention Center on charges of Possession with Purpose to Deliver.

The two men await their first court appearance.
