Portion Of River Trail Closed For Safety Project

Little Rock's River Trail at the Union Pacific Railroad Overpass just east of the Episcopal School Campus is closed beginning Monday.
The trail near the Cantrell Bridge is closed while new storm sewers and sidewalks are constructed.
The project is expected to last two weeks.
Afterward a temporary trail will be available until the work is entirely complete in the upcoming months.
The safety project will make the sharp turn of the street near the bridge less severe.
