 A father who puts his foot down is more likely to have healthy-weight children. Dads who take a laid back approach to parenting and do not set clear limits are more likely to have heavy children. Researchers say mothers are often blamed for childhood obesity -- but this study suggests fathers play a key role as well -- making it important to have a family approach to healthy eating.
