Prosecutor Looks at Allegations of Sexual Situation at Perrit Primary in Arkadelphia

The Clark County Prosecutor confirms his office has received a Department of Human Services report regarding what KARK has been told was a sexual situation between primary students.

Three staff members at Perritt Primary School were suspended in May after allegations they failed to report the incident to State authorities.

The Prosecutor's Office will review the DHS case file to determine if any charges will be filed.
