Man Accused of Camden Business Burglaries Arrested

A man accused of burglarizing some Camden businesses is behind bars.
The Ouachita County Sheriff's Office (OCSO) arrested Theodore Hurley, Jr., 42, on Monday.
Deputies say Hurley is suspected of breaking into eight Camden businesses and causing at least five-thousand dollars worth of damage.
Hurley is charged with four counts of commercial burglary, attempted commercial burglary, criminal mischief, and theft of property.
He is being held in the Ouachita County Jail.

and they will say he has a history of mental illness so what he did isnt his fault, i think we need to cutting off peoples hand who steal then they wouldnt be able to be repeat offenders, kinda hard to steal when you dont have any hands, and if they cant take of themselves because they had to hands then that would not be anyones fault but their own
