Crews Fighting Fire in Hot Spring County

The Hot Springs County Sheriff says four departments are battling a brush fire just off Highway 84 and Sparks Trail.

The fire, which began around 2:00 Sunday afternoon, has burned approximately 75 acres. At this time, no homes or structures are threatened.

Several different plows and other pieces of fire fighting equipment are working to put down the flames.

There is no word on a cause of the fire at this time.

KARK will keep you updated on any new details as soon as they develop.
