Microwave bread & butter pickles

1 c finely chopped onions (I prefer red)zestier
1c sugar
1/2 c white vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp mustard seed
1/4 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp tumeric
Combine all indg.in large glass bowl put in microwave 10-15 mins or until tender keep in ice box for daily use
Can be canned by jusing hot water bath for 10-15 min boiling
