If you've been driving on I-630 lately, you may have noticed a piece of Arkansas history slowly coming down

Old Ray Winder field is coming down piece by piece.

It was sold by the city of Little Rock to UAMS for 1.3 million dollars last October.

The historic baseball park was built in the 1930s as the original home of the arkansas travelers.

The team has relocated to Dickey Stephens park in North Little Rock and Ray Winder field has been empty for more than five years.
