Names Handed Over in Illegal Jefferson County Voting

Possible cross over voting in Jefferson County during the June 12th Democratic Primary Election.

65 names have been turned over to Prosecuting Attorney, Kyle Hunter for possible fraud.

The Jefferson County Election Commission decided Wednesday turn the names over of those who may have voted illegally.

It will be up to Hunter to investigate and determine if any charges will be filed.
