Updated: June 28, 2012
The Arkansas State Hospital in Little Rock is investigating possible inappropriate sexual conduct.

The Department of Human Services (DHS) tells KARK 4 News that while it is looking into two alleged incidents, any allegations of rape have proven to be unfounded.

The hospital's policy defines inappropriate sexual behavior as holding hands, hugging, kissing or any physical contact, including verbal sexual remarks.

The DHS says no disciplinary action has been taken.
