Police Hunt for Gunman Following Strange White County Shooting Incident

Authorities are looking for a gunman who shot a White County man Wednesday afternoon.
The shooting happened around 5:30 p.m. in the 100 block of Oak Forrest Road, just outside Searcy.
Police say Perry Neal was in the residence when a woman known as "13" and unknown male entered the home. Neal and the unknown male got into a brief scuffle. Sometime thereafter, police say the man shot Neal in the stomach.
Someone rushed Neal to the hospital in a private vehicle. He's expected to make a full recovery.
The gunman and woman known as "13" fled the scene. Police are still looking for them.
