Healthcare Law Could Shake up Some Arkansas Companies

Companies with 50 employees or more must provide their workers with healthcare insurance starting in 2014.

If they don't, the federal government will hit them with hefty fines.

All that could change Thursday when the Supreme Court is expected to reach a decision on the Affordable Healthcare Act signed into law by President Obama in 2010.

At issue: What will companies do?

The new law provides tax credit for those businesses but are they enough to offset the costs of providing healthcare insurance?

We spoke with a Conway construction company to see how it might affect their company and other businesses.
