Update: Authorities Examine Possible Link Between Area Bank Robberies

Conway police are working to figure out whether the same suspect committed this week's bank robbery in Jacksonville and a June 11 crime in Conway.
Authorities say they're currently working together to see if the crimes may have been committed by the same person and will release additional information as they learn more.

Jacksonville Police are investigating a bank robbery.
It happened Wednesday afternoon just after 2:30 on J.P. Wright Loop Road.
Police say a black man walked into the bank and handed the teller a note demanding money.
A weapon was not displayed but the suspect indicated that he had a weapon.
After getting an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect ran from the bank.
He is described as 6' to 6'2" tall and weighs 200 to 220 pounds.
The suspect was wearing a green ball cap, plaid patterned shirt, plaid patterned shorts, and black shoes.
