$500,000 in Police Grants Awarded to 3 Cities

Three Arkansas communities are receiving well over $500,000 for safer streets.

The Department of Justice granting money to hire one police officer in both Gurdon and Fordyce and four new officers in Pine Bluff.

The focus is to give military veterans new jobs and help make streets safer in those cities.
