Overheated Vehicle Sparks Wildfire In Johnson County

The Clarksville Police Department tells KARK the fire started on I-40 near mile marker 53.

Officials say a vehicle overheated, pulled too far off the road and caught the grass on fire.

The fire is now under control and fire crews are monitoring the area for spot fires.

No structures were harmed and there were no injuries reported.
