Two Arkansas school districts are asking a federal judge to let transfer students stay put.

A couple of weeks ago, a Hot Springs judge tossed out Arkansas' School Choice Law, calling it unconstitutional.

The law was challenged by a group of white students that were denied a transfer from the Malvern School District because of their race.

The El Dorado and Camden districts joined the suit as intervenors.

They want the court to let transfer students be until lawmakers can revise the law.
