Clinton National Gets New Pilot Program To Smooth Out Wait Times

A pilot program at Clinton National Airport could help you time and trim your TSA wait time. Clinton National will be trying out a new passenger wait time tracking system using bluetooth technology.

The automated process will hopefully speed up the wait time of passengers.

"More importantly, it helps us to understand when we look at this how the passenger's experience is breaking down, " says Ron Mathieu, executive director Clinton National Airport, "Where the passengers are spending more time and where are the areas we need to focus on."

The pilot program will run 60 days and after that, staff will have to decide if they want buy.

The price: 90 thousand dollars.
