Update: $350,000 Bond for Union County Man Arrested in Girlfriend's Killing

Bond is set for the suspect accused of killing his girlfriend in Union County.
Richard Hart, 41, had his first court appearance at the Union County District Court Wednesday afternoon. He's accused of killing Amanda Fory.
His bond was set at $350,000.
If convicted, Hart could serve 40 years to life in prison.
According to investigators, Fory was shot in Hart's Junction City home on Friday.
Update (June 20):
41-year-old Richard Hart was arrested yesterday at his mother's home and charged with first degree murder in the death of his girlfriend Amanda Fory.
Investigators say they were able to make an arrest after the Arkansas State Crime Lab confirmed that Fory's death was a homicide.
Fory was killed Friday at Hart's home while two small children were present.
Hart is also being charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.
Hart is being held at the Union County Criminal Justice Facility.

Police in South Arkansas are calling the death of a woman on Friday suspicious.
The Union County Sheriff's Office responded to a 911 call where they found Amanda Fory dead from a gunshot wound in her Junction City home.
Union County investigators say Fory lived with her boyfriend and two small children.
Police aren't releasing any further details because the case is still under investigation.
They're waiting on a full autopsy by the Arkansas State Medical Examiner's Office.
