A Sherwood teen has drowned in a Cabot lake.

Fire and rescue personnel were called to the scene at Indian Lake just before eight o'clock Saturday night.

Witnesses say that the victim, Alvis Aaron Jordan, 19, entered the lake to cool off after attempting to change two flat tires.

The Cabot Fire Department dive team found Jordan's body just after 10 o'clock.

Lt. James Kulesa with the Lonoke County Sheriff's Office says foul play isn't suspected but the drowning is still under investigation.
