Update: Two Arrested in NLR for Spray Painting Graffiti on Elevator

North Little Rock Police have arrested Bernard Clifton, 34, and Brian Ray, 25, and charged them with criminal mischief.
Officers say Clifton provided the paint and Ray sprayed it on the elevator walls.
Police say one of the men saw the June 1st report on the news and turned himself in the next day. The second suspect was arrested after police questioned him this week.

North Little Rock Police have released photos of a trio of suspects who were caught on camera spray painting graffiti onto an elevator.
It happened last night around 9:30 on the Junction Bridge over the Arkansas River near downtown.
The security camera captured photos of three young men with red paint cans in their hands and their work on the glass of the elevator.
