Pants On The Ground? Pull Em Up!

By: Andrea Finney, KARK
Updated: June 14, 2012

A Dallas Texas City Councilman is reviving a campaign to get young men to pull up their pants.

Dwaine Caraway wants to ban saggy pants from city buses, but many are saying sagging pants are just a matter of style and comfort.

With his "Pull Em Up" campaign, Caraway calls for businesses, especially food stores, to ban exposed underwear.

Caraway's crowd agrees women must show respect too and cover it up, in order to help the guys stop sagging.

Comments

anyone who walks around with there pants sagging should be given a ticket for indecent exposure, i shouldnt have to see someones underwear, let me ask you a question-isnt kinda hard to run from the cops with a tv in one hand and holding up your pants with the other
