Russellville Man With Nearly A Dozen DWI Arrests Appears In Court

William Hogue, 30, was arrested in May for his 10th DWI offense.

 A Pope County Judge appointed Hogue an attorney Monday morning after it was determined he could not afford his own, and a trial was set for September 11th.

Hogue remains in custody in the Pope County Jail with $25,000 bond

of course he cant afford an attorney he keeps spending all his money on drinking, this ashole needs to be put away for the rest of his life and die in prison, how the hell do you rack up 10 dwi convictions and remain on the streets. This country needs to go back to hanging and firing squads
